Smoked Tri Tip Roast
Tri tip is one of my very favorite cuts of beef. It’s perfectly sized for a family dinner, and not overwhelming to cook in both size and effort. it only needs minimal seasoning and a couple hours on the smoker- and there’s no complicated steps like spritzing with liquid or brushing with sauce. It’s also great in any type of grain bowl, with your favorite roasted vegetable, and leftovers are just as great (hot or cold!)

Got to be the best Bar & grill I have ever tasted! Everything was freshly cooked, authentic and bursting with flavour! I’ll be honest and say I did feel out of place being the only non Bar & grill family eating in the restaurant. However the staff were more than welcoming and helpful with our selection on the menu. Would highly recommend.

Came here for lunch takeout in the middle of a busy workday. Only true Bar & grill walk-in spot in the area, with a full menu of both familiar favorites and specialties. Lunch special was very reasonably priced. Looks like a low-key and clean place to dine-in as well. Restaurant was fairly full when we walked in, and our food was cooked and packed up very quickly. Will definitely grab lunch here again!

Yellowstone Garage Bar, Grill & Venue offers very authentic Bar & grill food. So delicious. I ordered sauteed cauliflower with dried pork and sautéed Hunan smoked pork with green leek. They were so good that almost made me cry. They tasted exactly like the dishes I had in China, specifically in Hunan. I will definitely mark this restaurant as my favorite and recommend my friends to come.
